PHILOSOPHY
EVERYDAY. WE WORK. WE WIN. WE WITNESS.
WE WORK is our first principle that derives from the value, "you reap what you sow." We want the best for your student athlete, so we don't shy away from hard work.
WE WIN is our second principle that is taken from the mindset of "the battle is not yours." We put our trust and faith in God. We approach every training with a winning mindset combined with hard work and trust that God will do the rest.
WE WITNESS is our third principle that embodies "service to others." We believe this principle to be the most important because God has gifted you to serve your family, team, neighbors, and community through His great works.
We believe that each principle represents a key component of your growth and development. Collectively, these principles help to develop the knowledge and skills warranted for lifelong success. With this in mind and spirit, we affirm 1 Peter 5:6, "Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time."

Academic Success
With 20 years of college administrative experience, Coach Lee has written on academic methods and strategies to help students develop the knowledge and skills needed to reach their academic potential. Topics include: time management, organization, planning, study skills, measuring success, among others.
Film Session
Self evaluation is one of the most important phases in peak performance growth and development. We believe that it is important to examine both the positives and negatives from practice, games, and workouts. We have found that one of the advantages of film study is understanding what you do well while identifying areas of improvement.
Recruitment
Many student athletes admit that they are nervous speaking with college coaches. Some of the frequently asked questions include: What do I say? How long should I be on the phone? What if the conversation gets silent? What do college coaches want to hear? We address these questions and more in preparation for the college recruitment process. Some topics include: major, campus climate, graduation rates, among others.
